The Zyuzinsky District Court of Moscow found blogger Yuri Dudy guilty of “drug propaganda” (part 1.1 of article 6.13 of the Administrative Offenses Code of the Russian Federation) in two interviews on YouTube and fined 100 thousand rubles. This was reported to TASS in the press service of the court.
The reason for the investigation was the complaint filed in April by the Safe Internet League – headed by Senator Mizulina’s daughter and a member of the Public Chamber, Yekaterina Mizulina. She said that two psycholinguistic examinations carried out within the framework of the case confirmed the fact of drug propaganda in an interview with Dudya with blogger Ivangai and rapper Alisher Morgenstern.
The court’s decision has not yet entered into force and can be appealed to the appellate instance.
