I don’t really believe in dividing people into extroverts and introverts. Life always requires both. Both openness and constant painstaking work alone. I can be so immersed in work that I do not notice the lack of people. At the same time, it is important for me to communicate, because afterwards I always feel a special charge.

I do not like it when someone covers up the inability to communicate by the fact that he is an introvert. Often it’s just too lazy to learn new things. Communication is a skill, and openness is a way to give. Therefore, the more you give, the more and more often you get. New ideas won’t come if you just sit at home and wait for them to come.
