What is FOMO? How often do modern girls encounter him? How do they fight him? And what are home evenings dedicated to?

The first worry that I was staying at home and not going anywhere appeared when I started to study at the institute and hang out. Then I wanted to go everywhere. I remember how sad it was to get sick in the summer. There was a feeling that life was passing me by. If at the age of 17 the main criterion is “Oh, we have fun together,” now there are completely different requirements for the quality of communication. Therefore, sometimes it is better to spend time with yourself at home than it is pointless to spend it somewhere with other people.

Today my work is related to events and parties. Therefore, when I can stay at home, for me this is relaxation. Time for oneself is generally quite a luxury. In a metropolis, we are constantly in contact with other people. And it doesn’t matter if we do it on purpose or just walk down the street and go to the store. Therefore, if I have the opportunity to stay at home and not go anywhere, then I, as a rule, will gladly take advantage of it. It seems to me that it is difficult to build high-quality communication within the framework of parties.

The hangout on the screen and in life are, as a rule, completely different things.

The digitalization of life has greatly distorted our perception of the world and the idea of communicating with each other. When you stay at home, sit on the couch and flip through your Instagram feed, you get the feeling that you’ve already been somewhere. But this story is about checking in … Many people come to parties just to take selfies and stories. When I see other people’s posts from a really cool party, I feel a little regret. But I always think that hanging out on the screen and in life are, as a rule, completely different things. At a cool party, you shouldn’t have time to broadcast it to Stories. You just get high.

One of my biggest fears is that I walk into a bookstore, see these books on the shelves and realize that I can never read them all. And the fact that the knowledge that I would like to receive is nearby, but I can never possess all of them.

This also applies to everything related to a career. There are so many possibilities now and you can be a bicycle man. Therefore, you ask yourself: am I where I really should be? Maybe I should have tried sewing clothes, writing podcasts, sculpting with clay, painting. Of course, I often want to try something new: give up everything, move to another country. But at such moments, when the gaze begins to wander and does not know what to catch on, it is important to stop and exhale.

I’m a nursing superfan. I am constantly testing new banks. When I come home, in whatever state I am, I never lie down without washing. In general, I have a lot of rituals. For example, I only wipe my face with paper towels, because an ordinary towel gets dirty and bacteria accumulate on it. My treatment mainly consists of a quality cleansing, tonic, necessarily active serum and a simple moisturizer on top. But the basis of my care is serums. Therefore, every time a new thing comes out with some increased dosage of retinol, I immediately buy it. I also really love face masks – in my refrigerator, one shelf is completely occupied with fabric ones. And there is a super life hack – if you need a baby face right here and now, then you first make an acid mask, then a clay mask, then a moisturizing one. And that’s it – you look perfect.

As for Estée Lauder, it seems that I now have almost the entire line of night care: concentrate, serum, thick night cream, masks, patches under the eyes and a balm for washing. Therefore, I have a complete understanding of the brand. My favorite beauty blogger is Adele, who runs the Don’t Touch My Face blog and is Estée Lauder’s ambassador. Therefore, I began to trust them even before I tried it personally.

The ruler seemed to me very soft, while it gives quick results. After one application of serum, concentrate and night cream together, you immediately see how your face becomes nourished and your skin revives. There is some inner glow that I love and appreciate in grooming and that I hunt for. I can say that this is definitely a working cosmetics.

It seems to me that this line will suit almost any skin, including oily and combination. This is definitely the perfect treatment for winter when the indoor air is dry and outside is cold and windy.

I really want to find five superfoods and use them all my life. I also dream that they will be the same brand, a line – this is my fix idea. But at the same time, every time I find some cool product and it ends, I rejoice: I can finally buy and try something new!

Before, it was real fear: something is passing me by right now. But lately, I have prioritized. I have a yoga practice that starts at 06:30 six times a week. I can’t go to parties purely physically. Of course, while we are young, you can hang out for a long time, but after 30 there is a great chance to see bags under the eyes and dull skin in the mirror after such a night.

Did I have a transition period? Yes. I just started doing yoga: at first once a week, then more and more often. I began to see the effect of the practice, to study myself. At first, I combined yoga with evening activities. But gradually they began to fall off. I realized that the correct daily routine is to go to bed at ten in the evening and get up at dawn. This is our natural clock. Did I want to be somewhere like I used to be? Yes. But my body, which by that time had already been rebuilt, did not have the strength for this. Of course, there are some exceptions: friends’ birthdays, premieres that you want to attend, or something related to work. I’m not a complete couch potato, no. The priorities just shifted. At first, I had breakdowns when I was getting ready abruptly, painting and going to the event. But it was not under the motto “just not to miss.” These events brought me useful contacts or I saw those with whom I had not met for a long time.
